Create a level 1-8 Spirit. For creatures within its range, arrows move twice as fast as normal and strike for +3 damage. This Spirit dies after 30-126 seconds. i think anything within bowshot distance from the spirit is effected i would at least stay close to it if not in it |

Favourable Winds works so long as you see the icon in the top left that says "Favourable winds" when you hover over it. The range is quite forgiving, but It would be wise to stay near to the spirit.
The Spirit has another valuable asset which is that it can be attacked, which distracts enemy fire, but they tend to ignore it more often than not. Taking out the spirit, will remove the advantage you get. |

You receive the effect of nature rituals as long as you can see the the spirit on the radar.
As Horogan said, you can see the effect as a small icon, and not only for nature rituals, but for other things too, like enchantments, hexes and death penalty. |
